Moe`s Soutdwest Grill in Avon

This store never ceases to impress! The store manager has been in this same store for over 6yrs. The sales volume here is super high so some patience will be necessary if arriving at peak times. I am not an infrequent visitor due to moving out of the area, but upon arrival again for the first time I was greeted and remembered. (Kudos!!)

Mediocre. Nothing wrong with this location over others, but ingredients just don't seem very fresh and steak doesn't have a very good flavor. Meh.

Not only do they have the best burrito bowls. But they have the best chips and salsa in the city!

Food was very filling. I had a burrito bowl with Chicken. I was able to stretch the bowl to two meals and a snack. A lot more than I could consume in one meal.

I've never left disappointed.

Great food, friendly staff! Menu is a little tricky to understand - just treat this place as your personal assembly line like a S****y and you'll be fine. Food is awesome but after a few trips it would be nice to have some more variety. Very fair prices.

The food was great as was the service

The cheese was a little solid, not as hot and smooth as normal. And the meat dry. But the nachos were still really yummy and the staff there is always so nice. There is some indoor seating provided (about half, due to covid) as of 8/14. The salsas are pre-portioned and the soda fountain is flowing.. some of the flavors were out but they weren't grayed out so we just got soda water.. They seem to have mobile orders though I didn't use this function as we dined in.

Good food but barely gives u meat like the other Moes

Really good food and service! Wish the one in my town didn't close! I gess a thirty minute trip is worth that yummy queso cheese!!

Good food and fun atmosphere would love to go again

This is a very well run Moe's franchise that has managed to keep much of the same staff for awhile. They are always fast and friendly.

Not busy on a Sunday, but great food, clean facilities

It's Moe's, food is usually tasty, can get a little busy, and parking is in garage behind the restaurant.

Moe's has been a staple of ours during dine-in closures. Despite lower-than-normal volume, their food has been fresh every time. On top of that, they've implemented excellent sanitizing and social distancing measures. The man who prepared our food today used perfect protocol for disposable glove use - changing gloves between each customer with hand washing before and after our transaction. He was very patient and friendly, too. I am so appreciative for the care this restaurant has clearly taken in training and customer service during this pandemic.

Great food polite workers just a tad bit pricey

I thought my daughter got food poisoning from Moes. They responded pretty quickly when I complained. It turns out that it wasn't food poisoning. My burrito could have been wrapped better the last visit but no problems here. A family favorite.

I have had The Rice Bowl a combination of pinto beans and black beans with chicken or beef or steak very delicious and good for your system

I like Moe's I only order one of two things when I go there. The Alright, alright, alright nachos (the pic I've included) or Wrong Doug Stack (not sure if it's still on the menu). I get mine with brown rice, black beans and chicken. My other toppings vary from how I'm feeling that day. I wish the green peppers and onions were cut a little smaller but it is what it is. I like the fact that they have fresh jalapenos, they give a much better taste than the regular pickled jalapenos. If you don't like the heat better stick with the pickled ones because the fresh ones have a little fire power. They also have a soda fountain with various flavors of carbonated beverages. The team also greets you with a Welcome to Moe's! And who doesn't want to be acknowledged when they enter an establishment?

My typical Monday lunch spot! Always quick and always fresh!

The obvious comparison is Chipotle, which I really like. Moe’s does the same type of food, only better. The menu is more diverse, there are more toppings to choose from, and you get free chips and salsa. The steak is perfectly seasoned and the queso is exceptional. The atmosphere is very nice as well, it is clean and comfortable and the music not too loud. I really like Chipotle’s chips, but these were okay and they came free with my food. Prices are pretty similar between the two.

The location is wonderful. The catering manager Lisa? Her attitude is very disrespectful. I called in to inquire about ordering a pan of ground beef and a pan of chicken and was inquiring about the price. Well, Lisa took it upon herself to talk down to me as if she were talking to a child. And she became very tight lipped when I asked to speak with her manager, stating I would need to call a different number and not being able to recall his name. May want to bring on a catering manager with a more upbeat and positive attitude and leave folks like Lisa alone.

I absolutely love this place. The Homewrecker Burrito is phenomenal! Plus, they offer vegan options which is so refreshing. It's super hard to find good vegan options - especially Mexican food. Major Kudos there! Everything I've tried on the menu has been fantastic, and I'm always greeted by friendly employees. Also, on a 'non-vegan' note - their queso is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Moe's to anyone who likes good food and great service!

Very friendly staff and great food

The food was good for my taste buds but an employee was talking on her call phone while on the line preparing food when i asked her to wash her hands she had a ghetto attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I told her i could have the entire bar of food thrown out and remade because of her nasty habbits with food. The employees need to know and understand your cell phone is not a work place thing your not being paid to be on your cell phone do your job hands and phones are some the most dirty things plus she had no gloves on. I will be calling to the owner to let them know what a sparkling attitude she had as well and my mother who works with the health department.

This place is legit! Better than chipotle in my opinion when it comes to price and diversity of options. Anytime you order a burrito or bowl, you get a batch of fresh tortilla chips and 8 salsas to choose from (even for takeout). Their meat is good, but this place definitely appeals to vegetarian and vegan diets since there are so many things to choose from besides meat and cheese. Dining in is always a good time. They play good music and the workers are always on it. I eat here so often, that I make use of their rewards app to earn free stuff like queso or discounted burritos. Also, if you fill out a survey from your receipt, you can get $2off your next order which is especially awesome if you tend to only go on Monday's. Every Monday is Moe's Monday which means you can get a burrito and chips/salsa for just $6. Great place, don't second guess going here.

Unfortunately not the easiest location to access, nowhere near the higway... street parking only...not the cleanest location but I love Moe's so I'm still gonna give them a 3.

Moe's is a mixture of a Chipotle or Qdoba. Their beef is like something I'd season my beef with at home. It's pretty good.
